All Fontana ticketing is handled through the Community Box Office. You can call, order online or buy tickets in person. Tickets may also be available at the door.
2024-2025 Tickets & Subscriptions
You can buy tickets to all our performances online. Tickets purchased less than two weeks prior to the performance will be held at Will Call at the venue.

Community Box Office
The Community Box Office is located on the first floor of downtown Kalamazoo’s Epic Center (View Map), open 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM Monday – Friday (with a lunch break of 1:30 – 2:30 PM). Phone orders are handled through the Community Box Office at (269) 250-6984.
Student tickets
A limited number of student/under 25 tickets will be available in advance of each performance for $15, and can be purchased by calling the Community Box Office.
$5 rush tickets may be available for purchase one hour prior to the performance at the venue box office and are subject to availability. Valid ID required.
Group discounts
Group discounts are available. Buy ten or more tickets to any one event and save 10% off the regular single ticket price. For more information, call the Community Box Office at (269) 250-6984.
Access for patrons with disabilities
The Dalton Center Recital Hall is accessible to persons with disabilities and offers wheelchair-accessible seating.
Ticket exchanges / refunds
Subscribers may exchange their tickets for another concert, subject to availability. We are unable to offer refunds on single ticket purchases.
Health and safety policy
We encourage all audience members to stay up-to-date on COVID boosters, flu shots and other preventative measures. We ask you to do your part to create a safe environment for everyone, and encourage audience members who are not feeling well to stay home.
