Celebrating 16 seasons as an award-winning chamber ensemble – including a recent GRAMMY® Award – the Akropolis Reed Quintet makes its Kalamazoo debut with a program of transcriptions and new works displaying the group’s trademark virtuosity, cohesiveness, and tonal brilliance.
Comprising the same five artists that brought about its founding in 2009, Akropolis remains united by a shared passion to make music that sparks joy and wonder.
