Inner Worlds
Inner Worlds
Fri. Dec 14, 2012 | 7:30 PM
Wellspring Theater - EPIC Center - Kalamazoo, MI
Praised by The New York Times for her "power and introspection,", pianist Sarah Rothenberg has forged a unique artistic point of view through multidisciplinary performances linking music to literature, visual art and history. Fontana and Gilmore patrons will remember the heady swirl of music, poetry, art and photography from her 2010 Gilmore production Chopin in Paris. In this return engagement, Rothenberg explores the inner worlds of Brahms and Schoenberg at the twilight of tonality.
