An acronym of the first names of its members, the JACK Quartet has electrified audiences worldwide with their explosive virtuosity. They make their Fontana debut in a fresh take on the 14th-century movement ars nova. Along with original arrangements of medieval vocal music, JACK will perform quartets by Philip Glass and Xenakis, contemporary masters who invented new compositional techniques that reshaped music in the 20th Century.
