Regarded internationally as the foremost quartet of today, the Hagen Quartet is known for the sheer beauty of their playing, drawing listeners in and making the classics sound as though the ink were still drying on the page. Formed in Salzburg in 1981 by the Hagen siblings, their prolific 30-year career has produced an award-winning discography of 45 albums, as well as countless awards and accolades. Fontana proudly presents one of the greatest string quartets in the world in its first ever performance in Kalamazoo.

PLEASE NOTE: On February 24, 2012 there is a 7pm WMU Hockey game at Lawson Ice Arena AND an 8pm performance at Miller Auditorium. Traffic volume will be high, as well as demand for parking spaces in the parking ramp near the Dalton Center. Please be sure to include extra travel time in your plans for the evening. Thank you!
