Regarded internationally as the foremost quartet of today, the Hagen Quartet is known for the sheer beauty of their playing, drawing listeners in and making the classics sound as though the ink were still drying on the page. Formed in Salzburg in 1981 by the Hagen siblings, their prolific 30-year career has produced an award-winning discography of 45 albums, as well as countless awards and accolades. Fontana proudly presents one of the greatest string quartets in the world in its first ever performance in Kalamazoo.

PLEASE NOTE: On February 24, 2012 there is a 7pm WMU Hockey game at Lawson Ice Arena AND an 8pm performance at Miller Auditorium. A limited number of $5 tickets will also be made available to students and anyone age 25 and under with valid ID. Tickets will be available for purchase the night of the performance.
